What is the warranty on Gohippos products?
Gohippos offers a twelve months warranty on all bottles purchased from gohippos.com and authorized seller like Amazon with proof of purchase.
Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the product.
Worn parts, dents, scratches and chipped paint or any other misuse of product or care instructions (dish-washing, etc.) are not grounds for replacement and are not recognized or covered by the warranty as they result from normal use of the product.
Intentional damage to and misuse of the product may void the warranty.
To report a claim, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase, a reason for the claim and photos of your bottle. In particular, send a full photo of the front of the bottle, the bottom of the bottle and the claimed damage or defect, if any.
What are the terms and conditions for returns?
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. To arrange a return, please email email@example.com with your original order number and reason for return. You can also contact Amazon support if you purchased the product from Amazon website, our support team their offer 24/7 support and will solve any issues you have.
We will send you an email with details of where to send the returned item. Please note that the cost of the return must be covered by the customer as we do not offer free returns on the website.
What is the return procedure?
Are you not satisfied with your Gohippos order? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and reason for return.
Return your order in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of your purchase date.
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your package.
At the latest 30 days after receipt of your return shipment, the full purchase amount of the product and the original shipping costs will be deposited into your account.
